I had an exceptional experience, thanks to Cliff, who went above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, he was prompt, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. His commitment to excellence made our visit smooth and enjoyable—especially appreciated since we came all the way from Dallas. Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen also deserves recognition. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made it the ideal place to enjoy a great meal. With Cliff’s outstanding service and the kitchen’s consistent quality, we’ll definitely be back soon!

5 stars for food because the day before I went to Chili's for the 1st time and the difference in flavor/appearance/timeliness was HUGE. Cheddars knocks out the competition by far. 3 stars for service because of 2 things. It was a thurday afternoon and I had to wait about 10 min before someone came to the front to seat me and there wasnt many ppl inside. And where they decided to sit us was also laughable. The table wasnt clean at all. 4 stars for atmosphere because the benches were sticky and I had to find another seat. And the next bench I found, the cussion was hanging off the seat lol. Food was really good and timely. The server was super nice and always checking up on us. 5 stars for him, I believe his name was Cliff. He was awesome.

I want to give out a shout out to the bartenders Cameron and Chris. I went here on a date and Cameron was our bartender starting out. He gave great conversations and recommendations! I ended up with a wonderful delicious long island. I was on the fence because I really wanted some meatloaf but I did not want the gravy. Cameron offered to whip me up some red meatloaf sauce and brought me some to taste before my order to be sure. Outstanding customer service!!! He DID NOT have to do that but it was delicious and I was able to order my meatloaf like I wanted. I genuinely appreciate his efforts so much because he did not have to go out of his way but he did and he made me feel as though it wasn't a big deal but it is and I appreciate the effort so much because it made my meal so much better!!! Chris took over after awhile and made us his own personal Maleficent drinks and honestly best drinks I have ever had a restaurant! Both men have top tier customer service, providing my date and I with an endless supply of great customer service and conversation!!! I've been to a few locations but this by far the best because Chris and Cameron are great at what they do. They both deserve a raise. I plan on coming back and recommending this location to everyone in this area!

What a delightful experience. We had a hard day emptying a UBox and bringing the contents home. We’d worked hard all day and wanted comfort food and a cold beer at the end of our day. Cheddars provided both. The only hiccup was at the beginning. We were seated promptly, but then we were ignored for more than 20 minutes while we waited for a server, eventually Gavin saw us as he was serving an adjacent table and took over and all was good from that point on. The Shiner Bock draft was excellent and helped calm things as we enjoyed Wisconsin cheese balls as an appetizer. We craved comfort food after our hard day so my wife ate meat loaf and I had a chicken pot pie. Both were hot and comforting. We left Cheddars feeling pleasantly full and content with our repast. It was delicious and reasonably priced.

I ordered the chicken tenders for my mom and I via curbside pickup. We each got different sides. I highly recommend getting the broccoli and cheese casserole. It is absolutely delicious! I also love that their famously tasty crescent rolls come with each meal. If you're familiar with them then I highly suggest ordering more. The curbside employee was very kind and prompt. The entire order was correct with nothing missing. Definitely make sure to tip if you're doing curbside. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try for lunch or dinner as it is very affordable!

This is the review you need to read. Seriously. Go here. Every bite was a flavor experience. Food was hot, no long wait time from kitchen, and servers are super chill. This is my 1st time ever eating at Chedder's and I must say I choose them now over papadoex(flavor wise). For 2 people only spent about $60 total! Great for date night!

Our server was a little distracted when we came in. There weren’t many guests at the time so it felt weird for the server to take a while to take our drink order. She did apologize quite a lot. With other customers as-well. Sometimes life happens and she might have been struggling with something so I totally understand. The food was very good. The croissants were the best.

We loved our experience here. The servers were very on point. The food was amazing along with very clean facilities. Definitely recommend.
